Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a 30% cancellation fee on services above $45.

BEAUTY IN YOU

In order to respect the time of both our clients and staff, we ask you arrive on time for your appointment. You may arrive 10 minutes before your appointment time and have a 15-minute grace period. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be promised the same amount of time duration and may be subjected to the appointment being canceled for rescheduling.

NO-SHOWS

In the case of a no-call no-show, you will be imposed a fee of 50% of the missed service. This fee will be charged to your debit/credit card on file.

HEALTH HISTORY

For your comfort and safety, please notify us of any allergies, physical issues, or if pregnant. If you experience any discomfort or any other symptoms during the treatment please alert your esthetician immediately.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We have the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. If you are experiencing any symptoms of sickness please allow 5 days before booking your next appointment.
